This is the start of the blog, we ( myself and my son whos 5 1/2) will be building a sports car based on the book

"Build your own sports car on a budget"

The car is a Lotus 7 type car.

Currently we are ammassing parts for the build.

2.9L Ford V6 Engine
5 Speed Gearbox ( althought it's 350 miles away)
Front Hubs with ball joints & Mushroom top mounts
Dampers and Springs
Fuel Tank
Harneses
Wheels ( a selection in my collection )
Rear Brakes, driveshafts and Diff

I am collecting a chassis with rear hub uprights next weekend..
